Dr. Ika Widyarini initially trained as an industrial and organizational psychologist in Universitas Airlangga Surabaya (1986-1991), continuing with human resources and labor management in the Ohio State University, Columbus Ohio United States of America (1993-1994) and a doctoral degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta (2013-2018).
