Strategic Plan and Work Program

This Strategic Plan and Work Program were prepared when the status of the Psychology Department was still at the S1 Study Program level whose business processes focused on academic aspects. Since the enactment of Rector Regulation No. 20 of 2016 concerning the Organizational Structure and Work Procedures of Universitas Brawijaya (SOTK-UB) on April 14, 2016 which came into effect in FISIP UB on March 1, 2017, the status of the S1 Psychology Study Program was declared as the Psychology Department. This change resulted in the business processes carried out covering the activities of the Tridarma of Higher Education as a whole. Therefore, the Strategic Plan and Work Program that have been set previously need to be modified. Modifications will also be adjusted to the 2017 Performance Contract between the Head-Secretary of the Department and the Dean of FISIP UB and the strategy for achieving Department-based performance in 2018.
